Alanna aims to create a safe space for the BIPOC community, people with disabilities and folks from the LGBTQ2S+ community to feel welcomed, heard, supported, and respected. Alanna builds strong relationships with her clients by offering warmth, kindness, creativity, empathy, and playfulness. Alanna is trauma-centred, neurodiversity-affirming and believes in health at every size.
